Con el fin de persuadir y concientizar a los conductores, quienes provocan estos estrepitosos ruidos con sus veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La OMS indica que una persona puede llegar a soportar los 60 decibeles como m\u00e1ximo. En el cruce de la Av. Sucre con Bol\u00edvar ya se super\u00f3 esa cifra. Generando as\u00ed un impacto negativo en los pacientes ambulatorios y hospitalizados que a mediano plazo les puede originar un trauma ac\u00fastico en los odios o alteraciones en su salud mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de las medidas estrictas que est\u00e1n evaluando en utilizar son las papeletas efectivas para quienes no respeten el derecho de vivir sin bulla y en calma a los dem\u00e1s. La segunda activaci\u00f3n de la campa\u00f1a se llevar\u00e1 a cabo este jueves 7 de julio, a las 10:00 am. En los cruces de las avenidas Sucre y Bol\u00edvar, las dos v\u00edas m\u00e1s transitadas y colindantes al nosocomio.
